Jessica Lee Weiss, Esq

Mrs. Weiss has built a successful and diverse career spanning over 20 years in the fields of entertainment, real estate and business. She started out as an intern during her college and law school years, working in Film, Television and Music at such organizations as Viacom, Weinstein - Music Licensing and The Agency Group. She went on to work for for several premiere venues in the Southern California market, as The Greek Theatre, The Pantages Theatre and The Santa Barbara Bowl. Her passion for music, business and the law was well cultivated when she worked directly with Ziggy Marley & the Bob Marley Estate. Her day to day duties encompassed a wide variety of aspects including Management, Publishing, Record Labels, Touring, Recording, Merchandising & Licensing and Distribution. Mrs. Weiss has also drafted agreements for and negotiated on behalf of Recording Artists, Talent Agencies, Record Labels, Modeling Agencies, Music Producers and Film, Television and Video Game Composers. 

Her other experiences involve management of an International Manufacturing Facility, Drapes 4 Show owned by her husband, assisting with Finance, Development, Real Estate and Acquisitions.

Through her endeavors, Mrs. Weiss worked in a multitude of fields to gain broad expertise early on in her career. She also became a Certified Mediator, which allowed her to further develop her skills in drafting and negotiating agreements within and across multiple arenas. Outside of practicing Law, Mrs. Weiss spends time traveling with her family and friends and investing in real estate, with a focus on construction & remodeling. She has been horseback riding since age 5, plays guitar and attends comedy shows, concerts and festivals.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Collier moved to Arizona in August of 2009 to study and practice law. He graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor in Behavioral Sciences and went on to get his Juris Doctorate from the Phoenix School of Law.

In his spare time, Mr. Collier volunteers as Chairman of the Board for Young Ones United, a child abuse prevention and awareness nonprofit organization located here in Arizona. Mr. Collier also enjoys mountain biking, attending sporting events, and classic cars.

Jose Hernandez, Esq.

Former professional athlete turned attorney, Jose Hernandez is a bilingual (Spanish) entertainment attorney. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Mr. Hernandez and his family moved to Orange County, California where he completed most of his education. In 2009, Mr. Hernandez graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Mr. Hernandez played professional baseball with the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft.  After his professional baseball career came to a close, Mr. Hernandez obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2021. Mr. Hernandez is currently working towards his Legal Masters (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law.

Prior to joining Delgado Entertainment Law, Mr. Hernandez practiced as an insurance defense attorney, representing clients in personal injury cases. Being fluent in Spanish, Mr. Hernandez ensured his Spanish speaking clients understood their legal matter and every step of the civil litigation process. Mr. Hernandez also served as “of counsel” for Melinart Productions, an independent film production company, where he managed the business affairs and legal matters, negotiated, and drafted entertainment related agreements from pre-production to post-production and distribution. When not practicing law, Mr. Hernandez enjoys watching and attending Dodgers baseball games with his wife and spending time with family. Mr. Hernandez also loves to be active outdoors, go on hikes, workout, and occasionally go skydiving.

Tremain Davis

A California born, Indiana raised, Phoenix transplant Tremain Davis came to Arizona in 1993 where he has spent his teen years till date.  Mr. Davis found his calling in law while working as a file clerk while in school.
